STREET SHOULD NOT BE YOUR PLAYGROUND

It is not a surprising fact that we see hundreds of children begging on streets, outsides of temples, mosques, stations etc. how often we give a thought about the kind of life they are leading, still remains a question to ourselves. It is definitely not a healthy site and it seems we are not doing much to improve that.

The root cause may be a hundred other things but talking on the solution is the need of the hour. Homeless is not a very uncommon site which we see on streets everyday, families and children sleeping on the streets are in need of a roof, needless to explain that they are likely to miss out on proper supply of their meals everyday, lack of education and medical facilities and a better life.
Government making a hundred of policies every new day and setting up NGOs almost always still we have such pathetic state of our people. Working for the betterment of the street children itself is a tough question as it is really difficult to take out some genuine solutions. Whether  the solutions sought  are going to last is another dilemma but keeping a check on certain strategies might help us to improve the street life.
Uncountable NGOs are working towards this issue but how sincere their cause is? Is still unknown. They should find out whether the child has a legitimate guardian or not, if found to be an orphan then they should handover him/her to a trustworthy Orphan care where he/she can be brought up well. If the child has its parents then, one should approach them to know the reason as to why they send their children on such work and why don’t they educate them when the government is providing free education and other perks . One should tap the root to reach to the apex. Street homeless children need helping hands, if we have the ability to offer, Why Don’t We?
